  • Chlokailash reserves the right to modify or cancel any part of the itinerary or services due to weather, safety concerns, natural calamities, low participation, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to provide suitable alternatives. However, refunds will not be issued for minor changes.

  • Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically and mentally fit to join the retreat/tour.
  • You must follow instructions from guides or facilitators at all times for your safety.
  • Chlokailash is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage caused due to negligence or non-compliance with instructions.

  • We strongly recommend that all participants purchase travel insurance to cover trip cancellation, medical expenses, personal accident, and baggage loss.
